Public Sector, Healthcare, and Vertical ISV Integrations (Remote)

Recruited for a 100% remote position leading solutions development and delivery for Medallia’s FedRAMP High authorized Public Sector environment. As Solutions Manager, I took on the challenge of bringing structure and maturity to sales and delivery processes by leading the delivery of FedRAMP High-approved features and capabilities. After onboarding, I assumed the additional challenge of leading Medallia's Healthcare and Vertical ISV solutions to fill unexpected program vacancies.

  • Led Product Core Teams across Healthcare and Public Sector verticals to assess product-market fit and plan development activities in alignment with the total addressable market, competitive differentiators, and expansion strategy

Recruited for a 100% remote position as Senior Program Manager for a boutique management consulting firm. Contracted to serve in a direct-consulting capacity for Conquest Cyber, managing technical engineering implementation and customer success teams supporting a large multinational engineering corporation.

  • Assumed Program leadership to stabilize and course-correct a complex multi-vendor, multi-cloud Engineering project supporting Conquest’s main customer and representing 30% of Conquest's annual revenue

Acting Program Manager and Chief Engineer, Leidos

Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, ESA-IV Contract

Recruited to serve as Chief Engineer and Technical Manager on the Leidos ESA-IV IT services contract supporting the Antitrust Division under the United States Department Department of Justice. Assumed the role of Acting Program Manager to fill an unexpected leadership vacancy and led a comprehensive turn-around effort to remediate underperformance under a "return to green" initiative. Led employees and subcontractors as first or second-line manager across four service areas, including Data Center Operations, Service Desk, Project Engineering, and Application Development.

  • Led a team of over 35 direct employees and subcontractors as first or second-line manager across four primary service areas. 

  • Provided program status reporting for customers and Leidos leadership to address ongoing customer health efforts, staffing, and program execution.

  • Managed $7.5M/year program budget, Service Level Agreement execution, and performance as customer Service Delivery Manager.

 Achievements and Metrics

  • Implemented a “return-to-green” effort to identify and correct chronic areas of underperformance, leveraging 9 targeted departures and additions to reshape delivery and leadership teams, increasing customer confidence and satisfaction while retaining 20% return-on-service profitability targets.

  • Captured a time and materials (T&M) modernization contract and successfully migrated large subsystems within the Client’s legacy data center to Microsoft’s Azure Government Cloud environment in support of DOCI mandates.

  • Led rapid implementation of an advanced on-premise storage and compute architecture solution capable of processing high-intensity computational data models and legal discovery in support of high-profile litigation efforts.

Promoted to Lead Enterprise Architect, supervising a three-person Enterprise Architecture team at the United States Mint under the Leidos ITSS contract. Worked directly with the US Mint IT leadership team, including the Enterprise Architect, CIO, and Division Chiefs, to direct EA activities, develop detailed technical analysis, and shape critical business transformation efforts for the agency.

  • Performed lifecycle analysis of each product and service in the environment to provide a recommended target state adhering to the Mint's core IT principles of Modernize, Standardize, and Innovate. Sequenced identified target activities while managing multiple dependencies and technical imperatives to map out the five-year enterprise IT roadmap. 

  • Developed and implemented an Enterprise Architecture framework based on the Technical Business Management (TBM) version 2.0 taxonomy.

  • Led 3-person EA team to author multiple contractual deliverables, reports, and assessments for the client CTO, EA, and CIO.

  • Led efforts to reestablish the United States Mint’s Enterprise Architecture program in consultation with customer leadership and program stakeholders.

  • Authored the United States Mint Information Technology Standards Profile (ITSP) document and Approved Product Listing to document and catalog all configuration items, components, and IT asset investments.

  • Architected and Implemented a comprehensive migration of over 1800 users to Office 365 and MobileIron MDM while maintaining full HSPD-12 authentication, TIC compliance, NARA, and eDiscovery requirements.
